1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this website, submitting an admission or contact form, enrolling in a course, or using our marksheet/certificate verification services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2. About the institute

Electrovision Engineering and Automation is a vocational training institute providing practical, lab-based courses in electrical and electronics engineering, automation, control systems and related fields. Our courses include both short trade courses (offered offline and online) and industrial-attachment programs.

3. Admissions

• Admission is offered subject to seat availability, verification of the information you provide, and successful payment of the applicable fees.
• You must provide accurate name, address, contact details, date of birth and identity information. EVEA may verify these details and reject or cancel an admission if any information is found false or misleading.
• Industrial-attachment applicants must additionally provide their institute name, department, board roll and board registration number.
• Applicants under 18 must have parental or legal-guardian consent. The guardian phone number provided at admission will be used for important notifications.
• Submitting an admission form does not by itself create a binding admission. Your admission is confirmed only when EVEA approves it and assigns you a student ID and registration number.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

• Course fees are communicated separately and may be revised from time to time. The fee applicable to your admission is the fee in force on the date EVEA approves your application.
• Payments must be made through the channels EVEA designates. Always obtain a receipt or written confirmation; EVEA will not be responsible for payments made by any other route.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. In genuine cases (e.g. course cancelled by EVEA), refunds will be considered at the discretion of the management.
• Where instalments are agreed, missing an instalment may suspend access to classes, labs, results and certificates until the dues are cleared.

5. Course delivery

• Course syllabi, schedules, instructors, locations and lab equipment may be revised when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through notices on the website or by phone/SMS to the contact number you provided.
• For online (trade online) courses, you are responsible for arranging a working internet connection and a device that can join the class.
• EVEA may suspend or postpone classes due to public holidays, government instructions, force-majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, etc.) and will arrange make-up sessions where reasonably possible.

6. Attendance and conduct

• A minimum attendance level (announced at the start of each course) is required to sit for assessments and to receive a certificate.
• Students must follow safety rules in the lab and workshop at all times. Tampering with equipment, ignoring safety instructions or causing damage may lead to disciplinary action and recovery of costs.
• Harassment, plagiarism, cheating in assessments and any unlawful behaviour are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

7. Assessment, results and certificates

• Results are based on theory, practical (lab), and viva components as announced for each course.
• A certificate is issued only when a student passes the course and has cleared all fees. The certificate issue date is normally derived from the course end date in your student profile.
• Each certificate has a serial number in the format YYYYNNNNN (year + sequence). Any printed or downloaded certificate that cannot be verified through our online verification page is not considered authentic.
• Re-issuing a lost or damaged certificate may be subject to a re-issue fee and written request from the student.

8. Online verification

Anyone with a student's roll/registration number and certificate number can confirm name, course and validity through our public verification page. The result reflects the data in our system at the moment the page is loaded; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the verification service.

EVEA may mark a certificate as invalid if it was issued by mistake, was based on false information, or has been revoked due to disciplinary action. Once marked invalid, the certificate is no longer recognised by EVEA.

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree NOT to:

• Use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access the admin panel without authorisation or interfere with site security.
• Upload files that contain viruses, malware or any content that is illegal, defamatory or offensive.
• Submit another person's information without their consent, or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, copy or reuse data from the site (other than your own data) without our written permission.
• Send automated or excessive requests that could degrade site performance for other users.

10. Accuracy of information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you submit (name, parents' names, date of birth, address, identity number, photo, course choice, etc.). Once your admission has been approved, changes to identifying information will only be made on the basis of supporting documents and may attract a correction fee.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the EVEA name, logo, course descriptions, photographs, notices, certificate designs and any training material we share with you — is the property of Electrovision Engineering and Automation or its licensors and is protected by Bangladesh and international intellectual-property laws.

You may use training material received from EVEA for your own personal study only. You may not republish, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

12. Suspension or termination

EVEA may suspend or terminate your admission, block your access to the website, or refuse to issue/maintain a certificate if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail to pay fees, or engage in misconduct. Any fees already paid in such cases are non-refundable.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Verification results reflect our records at the moment of the request. EVEA is not liable for any decision a third party takes based on a stale or cached verification page.
• To the maximum extent allowed by Bangladesh law, EVEA's total liability arising out of or in connection with the website or any service is limited to the fees you paid to EVEA in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.
• EVEA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of opportunity or income.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the document was last revised. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
